Who we are

MSquare Elite Limited (company no. 06987283), 3 Moorland Way, Maidenhead, SL6 1LH, United Kingdom, is the controller of personal data collected through m2eai.com. Contact: info@m2eai.com.

What we collect

• Details you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, work email, company, area of interest and message.
• Basic, anonymous website statistics (such as page views and approximate country). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, where you go on to work with us, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Our website and contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., and email is provided by our email host. These providers process data on our behalf. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years from our last contact, unless we enter into a working relationship, in which case we keep records as required for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@m2eai.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
